Chicken Badami Korma Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken meat
2 Salt to taste
3 ginger paste one tablespoon
4 garlic paste one tablespoon
5 Vinegar one tablespoon
6 Water as required
7 onions chopped two to three
8 Yogurt a cup
9 Roasted Onions 1 cup
10 ground almonds 100 grams
11 ghee a cup
12 ginger garlic paste one tablespoon
13. A teaspoon of ground spice
14 proven coriander leaves one teaspoon
15 cumin seeds one teaspoon
16 digi ground red chillies, one tablespoon
17. A tablespoon of ground cumin
18. One teaspoon of ground turmeric
19. One tablespoon of ground red pepper
20 teaspoons
21 fried onions one cup
1 cup of 22 blanched almonds
23 Ginger sprigs for garnish as per taste
Composition:
To marinate, put the chicken herbs in a large pot, add salt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and water and mix well and keep it aside for half an hour so that all the mixture is well absorbed in the chicken. Be absorbed
Now heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and fry it well.
Now add curd in a blender and add half of the fried onions along with the ground almonds and blend well and keep it aside for later use.Now heat ghee well in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and fry it, add spices and fry it well.
Now add dried coriander and cumin seeds and fry further. Now add pre-made paste of onion and curd and cook well for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add salt, red chillies, ground cumin seeds, turmeric, ground red chillies and curry powder and cook well for another two minutes.
Now add the marinated chicken in it, fry well and cover it and let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.When the chicken is cooked well, add the roasted onions and the peeled almonds and mix well.
When the curry is well cooked and starts to boil, sprinkle ginger flakes on it and reduce the heat and let it cook for another 5 to 7 minutes so that the curry releases the ghee. The fragrant badami korma is ready with a nice color, good taste and fun.
